Hesap ve Veri Silme

GriFlo hesabı ve hesaba bağlı tüm veriler istenildiği an kalıcı olarak silinebilir. İki yol vardır.

1. Uygulama içinden (önerilen)

• GriFlo açılır ve hesaba giriş yapılır.
• Ayarlar → Hesap → Hesabını Sil adımları izlenir.
• Onay ekranında istenen kelime (DELETE) yazılarak işlem tamamlanır.

Bu işlem geri alınamaz. Hesap ve buluttaki veriler kalıcı olarak silinir.

2. E-posta ile

Uygulamaya erişilemiyorsa, hesaba kayıtlı e-posta adresinden support@grifloapp.com adresine "Hesap Silme Talebi" konulu bir e-posta gönderilir. Talep, kimlik doğrulandıktan sonra en geç otuz gün içinde sonuçlandırılır.

Silinen veriler

Hesap kimliği ve iletişim bilgileri, sağlık verileri (boy, kilo, ölçüler, hedefler, öğün ve aktivite kayıtları, vücut fotoğrafları), uygulama içi ilerleme, tercihler, bildirim kaydı, özellik kullanım sayaçları ve gönderilmiş destek mesajları kalıcı olarak silinir.

Saklama

Silme işleminin ardından veriler aktif sistemlerden kaldırılır. Yedeklerde kalan kopyalar en geç otuz gün içinde silinir. Mevzuat uyarınca saklanması zorunlu kayıtlar bu sürelerden bağımsızdır. Kişisel veriler üçüncü taraflara satılmaz.

The GriFlo account and all data linked to it can be permanently deleted at any time. There are two ways.

1. From within the app (recommended)

• Open GriFlo and sign in to the account.
• Follow Settings → Account → Delete Account.
• Type the requested word (DELETE) on the confirmation screen to complete the action.

This action is irreversible. The account and the data held in the cloud are permanently deleted.

2. By email

If the application cannot be accessed, send an email titled "Account Deletion Request" from the registered email address to support@grifloapp.com. The request is completed within thirty days at the latest after identity has been verified.

Data that is deleted

Account identity and contact details, health data (height, weight, measurements, goals, meal and activity records, body photographs), in-app progress, preferences, notification registration, feature usage counters and any support messages sent are permanently deleted.

Retention

Following deletion, data is removed from active systems. Copies remaining in backups are deleted within thirty days at the latest. Records whose retention is mandatory under applicable law are not subject to these periods. Personal data is not sold to third parties.
