Kullanım Şartları

Bu şartlar, GriFlo mobil uygulamasının ve grifloapp.com adresinin kullanımına ilişkin koşulları düzenler. Uygulamanın kullanılması bu şartların kabul edildiği anlamına gelir. Şartları kabul etmeyen kullanıcı uygulamayı kullanamaz.

1. Hizmetin tanımı

GriFlo; öğün, aktivite ve su takibi ile oyunlaştırılmış motivasyon özellikleri sunan bir uygulamadır. Hizmetin sunulabilmesi için internet bağlantısı gereklidir.

2. Tıbbi sorumluluk reddi

GriFlo bir tıbbi cihaz değildir ve tıbbi tavsiye kaynağı olarak kullanılamaz. Kalori, vücut kitle indeksi, hedef ve beslenme önerileri genel bilgilendirme amaçlıdır; hekim, diyetisyen veya diğer sağlık profesyonellerinin değerlendirmesinin yerine geçmez. Herhangi bir diyet veya egzersiz programına başlamadan önce sağlık profesyoneline danışılması gerekir. Hamilelik, kronik hastalık veya beslenme kısıtlaması bulunan kullanıcılar için bu zorunludur.

3. Hesap ve uygunluk

Hizmetten yararlanmak için hesap oluşturulması gerekir. Kullanıcı, verdiği bilgilerin doğruluğundan ve hesabının güvenliğinden sorumludur. Hesabın izinsiz kullanıldığından şüphelenilmesi hâlinde derhal bildirim yapılmalıdır.

Uygulama 13 yaşın altındaki kişilerin kullanımına kapalıdır.

4. Kabul edilebilir kullanım

Kullanıcı; uygulamayı kötüye kullanamaz, tersine mühendislik yapamaz, güvenlik önlemlerini aşmaya çalışamaz, otomatik araçlarla sistemlere olağan dışı yük bindiremez ve diğer kullanıcıları rahatsız edemez.

Sosyal özelliklerde hakaret, taciz, yanıltıcı içerik ve hukuka aykırı paylaşım yasaktır. Yapay zekâ özellikleri ve destek kanalı adil kullanım sınırlarına tabidir; bu sınırların aşılmasına veya atlatılmasına yönelik girişimler hesabın kısıtlanmasına yol açabilir.

5. Kullanıcı içeriği

Kullanıcının yüklediği içerik (fotoğraf, kayıt, metin) kullanıcıya aittir. Kullanıcı, bu içeriğin hizmetin sunulabilmesi için gereken ölçüde işlenmesine ve saklanmasına izin verir. Bu izin, içeriğin başka amaçlarla kullanılması hakkını vermez.

6. Ücretli hizmetler

Uygulamanın temel takip özellikleri ücretsizdir. Premium üyelik ve ayrıca satın alınabilen haklar ek özellikler sağlar. Beslenme Koçu ayrı bir abonelik olup Premium'a dahil değildir.

Satın alma, iade ve abonelik yönetimi işlemleri ilgili uygulama mağazası (Google Play veya App Store) üzerinden yürütülür ve mağazanın kurallarına tabidir. Ödeme bilgileri tarafımıza iletilmez. İade talepleri ilgili mağazaya yöneltilir.

Ücretli bir hakkın iade edilmesi hâlinde, o hakla elde edilen uygulama içi kazanımlar geri alınabilir.

7. Fikri mülkiyet

Uygulama ve web sitesinde yer alan yazılım, tasarım, marka, logo, maskot ve metinler GriFlo'ya aittir. Kullanıcıya yalnızca kişisel ve ticari olmayan kullanım için sınırlı ve devredilemez bir kullanım hakkı tanınır.

8. Hizmetin sürekliliği ve sona erdirilmesi

Hizmet bakım, güncelleme veya teknik nedenlerle geçici olarak kesintiye uğrayabilir. Kullanıcı hesabını dilediği zaman uygulama içinden silebilir.

Bu şartların ihlali hâlinde hesap askıya alınabilir veya sonlandırılabilir. Ağır ihlaller dışında, sonlandırmadan önce kullanıcı bilgilendirilir.

9. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yapay zekâ ile üretilen çıktılar (öğün analizi, beslenme planı, ürün bilgisi ve değerlendirme yorumları) hata içerebilir ve tahmini niteliktedir; alışveriş listesindeki fiyatlar yalnızca tahmindir.

Uygulamaya dayanılarak alınan sağlık ve beslenme kararlarının sonuçlarından sorumluluk kabul edilmez. Yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği ölçüde, dolaylı zararlardan ve veri kaybından doğan taleplerden sorumluluk kabul edilmez. Bu hüküm, tüketici mevzuatından doğan ve sınırlandırılamayan hakları etkilemez.

10. Değişiklikler

Bu şartlar güncellenebilir. Güncel sürüm bu sayfada yayımlanır ve yukarıdaki tarih değiştirilir. Değişiklikten sonra uygulamanın kullanılmaya devam edilmesi, güncel şartların kabul edildiği anlamına gelir.

11. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu şartlara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Uyuşmazlıklarda tüketici mevzuatının öngördüğü yetkili merciler saklıdır.

These terms govern the use of the GriFlo mobile application and grifloapp.com. Use of the application constitutes acceptance of these terms. A user who does not accept them may not use the application.

1. Description of the service

GriFlo is an application providing meal, activity and water tracking together with gamified motivation features. An internet connection is required for the service to be provided.

2. Medical disclaimer

GriFlo is not a medical device and may not be used as a source of medical advice. Calorie, body mass index, target and nutrition suggestions are for general information only and do not replace assessment by a physician, dietitian or other healthcare professional. A healthcare professional must be consulted before starting any diet or exercise programme. This is mandatory for users who are pregnant or who have a chronic condition or dietary restriction.

3. Account and eligibility

An account is required in order to use the service. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for the security of the account. Any suspected unauthorised use of the account must be reported without delay.

The application is not available to persons under the age of 13.

4. Acceptable use

The user may not misuse the application, reverse engineer it, attempt to circumvent security measures, place abnormal load on the systems through automated tools, or disturb other users.

Insults, harassment, misleading content and unlawful sharing are prohibited in social features. Artificial intelligence features and the support channel are subject to fair-use limits; attempts to exceed or circumvent these limits may result in restriction of the account.

5. User content

Content uploaded by the user (photographs, records, text) belongs to the user. The user permits such content to be processed and stored to the extent necessary for the provision of the service. This permission does not confer any right to use the content for other purposes.

6. Paid services

The core tracking features of the application are free of charge. Premium membership and separately purchasable entitlements provide additional features. The Nutrition Coach is a separate subscription and is not included in Premium.

Purchase, refund and subscription management are carried out through the relevant application store (Google Play or the App Store) and are subject to that store's rules. Payment details are not transmitted to us. Refund requests are to be directed to the relevant store.

Where a paid entitlement is refunded, in-app benefits obtained through that entitlement may be revoked.

7. Intellectual property

The software, design, trade marks, logo, mascot and texts contained in the application and on the website belong to GriFlo. The user is granted only a limited, non-transferable right of use for personal and non-commercial purposes.

8. Continuity and termination of the service

The service may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, updates or technical reasons. The user may delete their account at any time from within the application.

In the event of a breach of these terms, the account may be suspended or terminated. Except in cases of serious breach, the user is informed before termination.

9. Limitation of liability

The application is provided "as is". Outputs generated by artificial intelligence (meal analysis, nutrition plans, product information and review comments) may contain errors and are estimates; prices in the shopping list are estimates only.

No liability is accepted for the consequences of health and nutrition decisions taken in reliance on the application. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no liability is accepted for indirect damages or claims arising from loss of data. This provision does not affect rights arising from consumer legislation that cannot be limited.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated. The current version is published on this page and the date above is amended. Continued use of the application after a change constitutes acceptance of the current terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The competent authorities provided for by consumer legislation are reserved in respect of disputes.
