Kullanım Şartları

GriFlo'yu kullanarak aşağıdaki şartları kabul edersin.

1. Hizmet

GriFlo bir sağlık ve fitness takip ve oyunlaştırma uygulamasıdır. Tıbbi cihaz veya tıbbi tavsiye kaynağı DEĞİLDİR. Kalori, BMI, hedef ve beslenme önerileri yalnızca genel bilgilendirme amaçlıdır ve hekim/diyetisyen tavsiyesinin yerini tutmaz. Herhangi bir diyet veya egzersize başlamadan önce bir sağlık profesyoneline danış.

2. Hesap

Doğru bilgi vermekle ve hesabının güvenliğinden sorumlusun. 13 yaş altındaysan uygulamayı kullanamazsın.

3. Kabul edilebilir kullanım

Uygulamayı kötüye kullanamaz, tersine mühendislik yapamaz, otomatik araçlarla sistemleri yormaz veya başkalarını taciz edemezsin. Sosyal içeriklerde saldırgan/uygunsuz paylaşım yasaktır. Yapay zekâ özellikleri ve destek mesajları adil kullanım sınırlarına tabidir; sınırları aşmaya veya atlatmaya yönelik girişimler hesabının kısıtlanmasına yol açabilir.

4. Premium ve abonelikler

Premium yalnızca kozmetik ve ek özellikler sağlar; bir yetkilendirme/garanti kaynağı değildir. Beslenme Koçu ayrı bir aboneliktir ve Premium'a dahil değildir. Satın alımlar mağaza kurallarına tabidir.

5. Sorumluluk reddi

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yapay zekâ çıktıları (yemek analizi, beslenme planı, ürün araştırması, değerlendirme yorumları) hata içerebilir ve tahmini niteliktedir; alışveriş listesi fiyatları yalnızca tahmindir. Sağlık kararlarını uygulamaya dayanarak almandan doğan sonuçlardan sorumlu değiliz.

6. Değişiklikler

Bu şartları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Kullanmaya devam etmen güncel şartları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.

By using GriFlo you agree to the following terms.

1. Service

GriFlo is a health & fitness tracking and gamification app. It is NOT a medical device or a source of medical advice. Calorie, BMI, target and nutrition suggestions are for general information only and do not replace advice from a doctor or dietitian. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any diet or exercise.

2. Account

You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account secure. You may not use the app if you are under 13.

3. Acceptable use

You may not abuse the app, reverse engineer it, overload systems with automated tools, or harass others. Offensive or inappropriate content in social features is prohibited. AI features and support messages are subject to fair-use limits; attempts to exceed or circumvent these limits may result in account restrictions.

4. Premium and subscriptions

Premium provides cosmetic and additional features only; it is not a source of authorization or warranty. The Nutrition Coach is a separate subscription and is not included in Premium. Purchases are subject to store rules.

5. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is". AI outputs (meal analysis, nutrition plans, product research, review comments) may contain errors and are estimates; shopping list prices are estimates only. We are not liable for outcomes arising from health decisions you make based on the app.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use means you accept the current terms.
